How It Works

The MCG 3630 polls tank gauges over L&J Tankway or other configured protocols, aggregates measurement data, and displays it through multiple operator-focused screens:

  • Real Time View: Graphical tank level display with alarm color indicators, movement arrows, and current level/volume/temperature.
  • Tank Configuration Page: Defines communication parameters, tank addressing, product names, and all alarm setpoints (level, temperature, BS&W).
  • Alarm History Page: Lists all past alarms with timestamps and customizable fields for compliance, auditing, and operational review.
  • Tank Summary Page: A text-based table showing level, temperature, BS&W, gross and net volume, available storage, and rate of change.
